 Carl and Sharon Smith recently moved to Riverwalk from Virginia. Upon signing a lease for one year, they were automatically entered into Riverwalk's exclusive "rental stimulus plan", whereby one lucky resident is awarded FREE RENT for a full year. This special stimulus prize was awarded to the Smith family last month at Riverwalk's annual "we love our residents" party.
With the current economic climate and the U.S. Government's stimulus program the U.S. Government's stimulus program for homebuyers, Riverwalk's management decided to be proactive and offer some stimulus to renters. "This stimulus is greatly appreciated," says Carl Smith, "it just could not have come at a better time for Sharon and I".
